Siya Mgweba
Operations director
Siya is a hands-on engineering and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, civil infrastructure, and facilities management. He has successfully led the maintenance, installation, refurbishment, and optimization of critical infrastructure across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. His expertise spans Facilities Management, Physical Asset Management, Engineering Maintenance, Building Refurbishments, Waterproofing, HVAC Systems, and Electrical Infrastructure. Siya specializes in total lifecycle asset management, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and structural assets are effectively managed to maximize performance, compliance, reliability, and long-term value.
Committed to excellence in service delivery, Siya ensures that all projects are executed in accordance with SANS, ISO, OHS, and OEM standards and requirements. His leadership combines technical expertise, operational efficiency, and a strong focus on client satisfaction. Siya held senior engineering and facilities management positions with leading organizations including Bidvest Facilities Management and Tsebo Facilities Solutions, where he was responsible for the management and maintenance of large-scale facilities and critical infrastructure portfolios.
